Joel Guma

Joel is the CEO of Pristine Foods Limited and serves on its Board of Directors. Pristine Foods engages in production of egg products (i.e. pasteurised liquid eggs and egg powders) as well as commercial production of mayonnaise & other specialty sauces.

He has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Makerere University.

Joel lives in Kampala together with his wife. He is very keen on supporting children’s access to good education. This he believes is the single most important gift every child needs to have. He also supports endeavours in economic empowerment for women and improvement of nutrition for children.
