Janet Johanson

BOARD CHAIR

Janet Johanson has a long-standing commitment to the work Give Us Wings does in Uganda, beginning as a Board Member in 2015 and becoming a Family to Family sponsor in 2017. In 2019, she traveled to Uganda to witness the impact of the organization’s efforts firsthand. Janet became Board Chair in 2023, bringing over two decades of leadership and board experience from both the non-profit and private sectors.  As the Founder & CEO of BevSource, Janet has a proven track record of scaling organizations and fostering innovation. Her passion for collaboration and sustainable change ensures that Give Us Wings continues to empower communities in Uganda to thrive and empower those we serve.
